We offer consistency with sub-contractors to ensure quality finishes are maintained on all work undertaken. We will also work with you and your architect in the design of your special project.

Roger Duncan Builder Limited is a member of the Certified Builders Association of NZ (CBANZ) and provide a CBANZ Full-build Building Contract and management of a project to completion.  As a member of CBANZ all Full-build Building Contract projects are also covered by an extensive 10-year guarantee.
